    ORDERING

    How do I place an order with you?

    The easiest way is to place an order straight through our secure online shop. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted. Click here to get started.

    If you’re not 100% sure what you’re after shoot us an email or complete our contact form —we’re here to help you out and discuss what you need! We aim to respond within 48 hours or sooner.

    How far in advance should I order?

    Ideally as much time as you can give us! Our kitchen can get quite busy and all of our desserts are made to order, so we recommend ordering at least a week in advance (and at least two weeks in advance for custom or large orders). Orders placed straight from our website must be done at least two days in advance (provided we have availability).

    Any chance you can squeeze in a last minute order?

    We might be able to! Simply send us an email at hello@12oaksdesserts.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that things happen. We’re happy to provide a full refund if you need to cancel your order within 10 days of its delivery date.

    I have a design in mind. Do you do Custom Orders?

    Absolutely! We love customizing our desserts. Just send us an email and let us know what you have in mind. Also, be sure to check out our Custom Orders page which includes information on pricing, tastings and how to secure the order.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Do you offer delivery?

    Absolutely! Yes! For online orders we have a flat delivery rate of $15 within Manhattan (from Battery Park to 110th Street). For delivery to another borough or nearby state, or the rate for a custom order, shoot us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

    Can I pick up my desserts?

    Unfortunately, no. We do not yet have a storefront, so we do not currently offer pick-up. So sit back, relax, and we’ll bring your sweets to you!

    How about shipping?

    We do ship certain items! Just send us an email to see if your order can be shipped.

    Do you have a storefront?

    Not yet! Right now we do all our baking behind-the-scenes.

    OUR SWEETS

    I have allergies! Do you bake nut-free or gluten-free treats?

    Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have the capacity to offer these options. All of our cakes are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten have been prepared.

    How do I take care of my desserts?

    CAKE POPS will stay fresh for five to six days in the refrigerator. We recommend keeping your cake pops cool, either in a refrigerator or a well air-conditioned space. Cake pops don’t like heat, so if you are serving them outside on a hot day, we recommend bringing them out at the last minute!

     

    We recommend serving our CAKES on the same day as delivery, but it’s no problem to serve them 24-48 hours after delivery. Our cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and we recommend bringing them to room temperature (about an hour and a half) before serving for the best texture and flavor.

     

    Our CHEESECAKES will stay fresh for up to three to four days, just make sure to keep it in the refrigerator!

    How are your cake pops made?

    Our cake pops are made of a delicious mix of crumbled cake (from scratch) and icing. The cake is fully cooked, but achieves its luxurious texture from mixing it with our homemade frostings.

    What are your most popular flavors?

    Our most popular CAKE/CUPCAKE flavor is our Chocolate Chip cake with Classic Cream Cheese frosting. Yum!

     

    For our CAKE POPS, be sure to try the Red Velvet. This little cake pop is an ode to our favorite heroine, Scarlett O’Hara: sophistication and southern charm with a devious little twist!

     

    When it comes to our CHEESECAKE, you can never go wrong with our Classic – it’s the best in New York!
