Enchanted Mermaid Cake Class

Summertime in Los Angeles can be HOT, so why not dive underwater and learn how to make an enchanted mermaid cake! We’re excited to offer this as our first class since it will be so much fun! In our 3 hour hands-on class, you will learn:
- Buttercream basics, including how to stack, fill and prep a cake with buttercream
- Cake decorating equipment & tools, including molds, piping bags and piping tips
- Cake decorating supplies, including gum paste, isomalt, sprinkles and glitter
- Design methodology, color, balance and style
Classes are held from 10:00AM – 1:00PM at Gracefully Fed Kitchen (13944 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA).
The enchanted mermaid cake decorating class is tailored for kids aged 10 and older. There is a limit of six kids per session.
